These terms apply to your use of the PGL Canadian Immigration Services Ltd. ("PGL", "we", "us") website at pglimmigration.com, including its forms, calculators, and booking links. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. General information only

The content on this website is general information about Canadian immigration. It is not legal or immigration advice for your situation. Immigration laws, policies, and processing rules change often, and the information on this website may not reflect the latest changes. Please book a consultation before making decisions about your case.

2. No client relationship until you sign a retainer

Using this website, sending us a message, completing a form, or attending a consultation does not make you our client. A professional relationship begins only when you and PGL sign a written retainer agreement, as required by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Until then, please do not send us original documents.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Decisions on immigration applications, Labour Market Impact Assessments, and provincial nominations are made by the responsible government authorities, including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), and provincial governments. We cannot guarantee any result or processing time. Approvals and client stories shown on this website reflect individual cases and do not guarantee the outcome of any future application.

4. Tools and calculators

Tools on this website, such as the CRS calculator, provide estimates based on the information you enter and the rules we understand to apply at the time. Your official score and eligibility are determined by the government. Use these tools as a guide only.

5. Consultations, fees, and bookings

Consultation fees, payment terms, and cancellation or rescheduling rules are shown on the booking page at the time you book, or in your retainer agreement. Free consultations, where offered, are for the purpose stated on the booking page.

6. Our regulator

Our principal consultant, Rej Jerome Gonzales Pagal, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licence R705735. You can verify his status on the CICC public register.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms.
• Do not try to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website or our systems.
• Do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The website's text, graphics, logos, photos, and videos belong to PGL or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to PGL.

9. Third-party links

The website links to third-party sites and services, such as Facebook, TikTok, Spotify, Calendly, and government websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PGL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information on this website. This does not limit any obligations we have to clients under a signed retainer agreement or under the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
